Counseling
Our mission is to promote the mental health and well-being of youth, families and the larger Glen Ellyn community through the provision of professional counseling services and community based support and education.
School Liaison
We are available to the Glen Ellyn public schools for case consultation and support. Strong linkages with local schools are imperative for GEYFCS. The director attends weekly meetings at Glenbard West and Glenbard South High Schools. This enhances the referral, coordination of services and follow up processes.
Referral and Advocacy
Our staff advocates for youth and their families who present with unmet critical needs by providing linkage information and assistance to local resources. In some instances, staff will recommend and refer to outside resources.
